Executive Assistant to the CEO
Jennifer Scholle is thrilled to be serving leaders at the John Maxwell Company on a daily basis as the office manager and key support for Mark Cole. With a passion for developing others, building teams and inspiring an individual’s potential, she is right at home at the John Maxwell Company. Jennifer has spent a majority of her career with a focus in communication, marketing and brand building and has worked on highly successful teams touching the for-profit world, non-profit world and the media industry. Along the journey, she has spent more than a decade as a student and mentor on leadership, communication and team-building. Finding incredible value and success in the leadership principles taught through John Maxwell resources, she believes that people are truly the greatest asset.
Hailing from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and History from Syracuse University and a masters degree in Mass Communication from the University of Georgia. Jennifer resides in Suwanee, Georgia with her husband Brad. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling (many of those trips spent visiting family), reading, going on long walks, watching college basketball and trying out new restaurants with her husband.
