Organizational Development Programs

Our organizational development programs are aimed at elevating your organization’s performance by providing both inspirational and instructional support that both equips and challenges your employees to grow as leaders. We begin by assessing your organization’s unique strengths and weaknesses so we can uncover your unique challenges through several avenues:

  • A team and/or departmental baseline assessment
    • Learn each department’s effectiveness or challenges in specific areas such as communication, teamwork, accountability and leadership.
  • A 360-degree leader assessment
    • Give departmental and/or team leaders the opportunity to solicit feedback from those above, across, and below.
  • Consultative calls
    • Your leadership consultant will spend time learning more about your organization’s unique challenges and discussing your needs.

After your organization’s challenges and strengths are identified, your leadership consultant will present you with a custom development plan to meet your organization’s needs. Plans typically extend from 6 months to one year and often include the following components:

  • Training solutions
  • A leadership and/or teamwork study plan
  • Team exercises
  • Accountability
  • Leader and/or team coaching
  • Ongoing support
  • Next steps following the plan’s completion
