Team Development Programs

Each team development program is facilitated by one of our experienced leadership consultants who begin by learning your team’s unique strengths and weaknesses so we can uncover your unique challenges through several avenues:

  • A team and/or departmental baseline assessment
    • Learn your team’s effectiveness or challenges in specific areas such as communication, teamwork, accountability, and leadership.
  • A 360-degree leader assessment
    • Give the team leader the opportunity to solicit feedback from those above, across, and below.
  • Consultative calls
    • Your leadership consultant will spend time learning more about your team's unique challenges and discussing your needs.

After your team’s challenges and strengths are identified, your leadership consultant will present you with a custom development program to meet your team’s needs. Plans typically extend from 6 months to one year and often include the following components:

  • Training solutions
  • A leadership and/or teamwork study plan
  • Team exercises
  • Accountability
  • Team coaching
  • Ongoing support
  • Next steps following the plan’s completion
