Each year, The John Maxwell Company hosts public and private workshops across North America, teaching individuals and organizations how to live out leadership. Our public workshops are created to benefit leaders at all levels, while our private workshops are tailored to the specific needs of one team or organization. They include:
- Customization to a specific team or organization, including pre-workshop conference calls to ensure the workshop conforms to the team or organization’s needs
- Follow up after the workshop to measure effectiveness
- An executive summary of the workshop based on attendee feedback

- Is facilitated by a trainer who specializes in teaching John Maxwell Leadership Development content
- Features hands-on learning and activities
- Includes an in-depth workbook
- Guides attendees in creating a plan to live out what they learn
