The "Developing the Leader Within You” workshop will provide you with the practical tools you need to address leadership challenges you encounter every day. This one-day workshop will teach you to:

  • Understand the impact of using the five levels of leadership as your roadmap to developing your leadership skills
  • Assess your understanding and development of the behaviors required to effectively lead others
  • Integrate the Laws of Leadership into your daily activities
  • Create your own Maximum Action Plan (MAP) so you can live out what you learned
