Based on John Maxwell’s books “25 Ways to Win With People” and “Winning With People,” this workshop teaches individuals how to:

  • Build leverage and trust
  • Discover and apply interpersonal mindsets to succeed in relationships
  • Demonstrate specific actions that allow you to focus on other people
  • Engage in learning experiences that illustrate servant leadership
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually-beneficial relationships through active listening, intentional thinking, and effective verbal communication
