How does Free Shipping work?
Typically, free shipping promotions apply only to those orders shipping within the United States.  If you qualify for free shipping, the 'Free Shipping' shipping method will be available to you during check out.  In addition, you can forgo the free shipping option and choose an expedited option at any time.  TJMC typically ships with FedEx SmartPost and USPS First Class & Priority Mail during our Free Shipping promotions.  However, we will occassionally use FedEx Ground, for higher weight orders.  TJMC reserves the right to use any available shipping method when Free Shipping is chosen by the customer.

Why has my order not shipped?
There a couple of reasons why your order may not have immediately shipped.

If a title/resource has gone to back order we will contact you and with the specifics as to when we anticipate shipment and work with you as to what serves you best.

If you have purchased a pre-sale item, The John Maxwell Co. is bound by contract with the publisher to ensure the title is not shipped before its sheduled relaese date. In addition, if your order includes any additional resources with the pre-sale item all resources will ship at the time of the pre-sale release.

Where do I download the digital material I purchased?

  1. Sign into your John Maxwell Store account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen.
  2. Click "Completed Orders" under the "My Account" tab.
  3. Click "Download Files" (in parentheses).
  4. Click the file(s) you want to download to either Open or Save your file(s).

I can't get my digital items to play on an Apple product?
Make sure you have a media player application compatible with Apple products, i.e. Quicktime.

I forgot my password. How do I log in?

  1. Click the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen.
  2. Click "Forgot your password?" underneath the sign in information and follow the instructions to have a new password sent to your account email address.

Where can I track my order?

  1. Sign into your John Maxwell Store account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen.
  2. Click "View Order Status" under the "My Account" tab.
  3. Click the "Track the status of your order" link

What shipping methods are used for Standard Shipping?

We use a number of different shipping methods when Standard Shipping is chosen. Primarily, we use FedEx SmartPost and USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. However, we reserve the right to use any shipping method that provides the same shipping and handling times associated with SmartPost or Priority Mail.

What is available for commercial use?

All product published by The John Maxwell Company is available for commercial use only with prior written permission by The John Maxwell Company.

Why is there only one disc on a MP3-CD?

The MP3-CD has a higher storage capacity than a normal CD, so it can hold the entire book on one disc.

Will a MP3-CD work in my car CD player?

Yes, just like a traditional CD.

Is the entire book on this one MP3 disc?

Yes, while they are unabridged versions of the book there is no content lost due to the reading being on one disc.

Can I download the MP3-CD onto my devices?

Yes, once you receive your copy of the mp3 audio book, instructions for both Windows and Mac users are included to assist you through the process if necessary.

Why is the MP3 Audio Book cheaper than the normal Audio Book?

Since the entire audio book is uploaded onto one disc, production costs are lower which allows us to provide you with a lower price point.
